The location was excellent and situation of the mews courtyard was quiet and pleasant. The size of the suite; 2 adults and 3 children was very good for Paris accomodation.
No room facilities - no kettle, tea, coffee, no iron. The sofa bed was old and had stains on it and cigarette burns. We had to put the bed up our self which had a broken metal support in the mechanism. There was a locked up redundant kitchenette. So while the room had the advantage of space, it was like we had arrived at an out of season chalet that was boarded up. Given that we arrived at peak time, for peak rates this was not what I expected of a hotel of this spec.
The reception staff were pleasant. Spacious rooms, lovely court yard.
There was no parking, and a direction (either at booking or at reception) towards public, paid, parking would be good. We parked under the Montpernasse Tower, to be recommended, but plan your route in advance.
It was a good for what we require a place to stay. The hotel does require rennovation. The staff however were excellent and did give us good advise as to where visit and to use the transportation across town
We spent all of our time sight seeing in Paris. We went to most of the major tourist sights and loved being so close to the metro.
It was a little older and in need of some tlc - maybe new paint and furnishings. It was small but the location was perfect.
It felt like having your own small house. Good clean bathroom and you could eat breakfast in the room.
The staff was very helpful in so many ways. The night manager helped in securing last minute shuttle transport for my family of 7 ( 4 children 4-11, my 80 year old father who uses a wheelchair and my wife and I) from the airport to the hotel. The night manager also assisted in securing an extra room for our friend who at the last minute decided to meet us in Paris. All at very reasonable rates! This was all done for us at at 11:00 PM on the night before we were to arrive. Also, the Day manager gave us all sorts of useful advice ranging from navigation around Paris with a wheelchair to affordable ways to feed our family in what can be a very expensive city. over all a fine time was had by all thanks in a large part to the staff.
The rooms were a little run down but compared to previous vists with other hotels in the area it was not too bad.
suites around a calm courtyard, privacy
pity for me that the kitchenette in all the rooms are closed/shut off
Loved the family loft area for older children. This hotel was clean, quiet and in a perfect location....BUT It took us an hour and a half to locate it from the bus station, due to their being a blvd anda street of the same name. No one was able to direct us. Once we found it it, it was a lovely stay! Breakfast of 10 euros is way overpriced. I ended up paying $100 us for two days of breakfast!
Breakfast was overpriced.
The location is excellent and good value for money. The hotel has available big rooms for family.
The reception service could be improved by giving its services to everyone with the same standard.
Marc at the reception was very nice....I had problem with my ticket air plane and he was very helpful.
The hotel is excellent for families with families. The courtyard is wonderful. The staff was very helpful.
I liked the garden and the layout of the rooms, but could have wished for more seating.
I did not like - no mirrors, no wash basin downstairs in room 106. I had to climb the stairs for this. The stair carpet was very shabby. The receptionist was unable to get me an infirmiere.
This is a cheap hotel with little comfort but well located.
Fact that a room was available at short notice. Staff were very friendly. Great location.
Very expensive, but I guess that's what you get when you book in Paris at the last minute. Also, I was pretty sure I booked a "twin room" rather than a "double room". To me, this means two single beds. Instead, my friend and I got a double bed. We then separated the two beds on the first night, and amazingly, the service staff made it up again as a double bed the next day.
